Projects
FCTZ has had experience since its establishment in 1996 in implementing development, relief and recovery projects in Zimbabwe. During its early years the main focus of the organisation was farming communities and specifically the farm worker. With the start of the Land Reform Program FCTZ shifted its attention to livelihoods activities for ex-farm workers. In recent years FCTZ has also included communal areas in its effort to improve and avail sustainable livelihoods options to the poor.
